here are two websites for making kids boomerangs, the first from natl. geographic kids, the second from NASA.

I bought a plastic boomerang that I can't get to work, but the cardboard ones I purchased from Oriental Trading do at least curve if thrown in an area with no wind. I had originally planned just to have the kids decorate the cardboard boomerangs to use as decorations. Do you find this valuable?
